Shri Neelakantan Rajappan, founder of AERO RUBBER CORPORATION, about four decades back, foresaw the potentiality and usage of the Auto parts made of Rubber used in the Two / Three Auto segment. His vision and farsightedness proved to be true and he forged ahead in developing this business to the present level, initially in Mumbai and thereafter, in Pappanamcode, Trivandrum, Kerala.

Mr. Rajappan had acquired rich knowledge about rubber viz. behaviour of the rubber at various melting / mixing stages, its reaction with various chemicals and / or combinations etc. By virtue of this extra-ordinary quality, Mr. Rajappan could churn out the best quality products which have ever increasing demand not only in India but also in abroad.

Looking at the growing demand for ARC products and also the growth of the Two/Three wheeler vehicles in India, Mr. Rajappan decided to spread wings outside Mumbai and thus set up a Manufacturing facility in Pappanamcode, Trivandrum, Kerala

The state-of-the-art continuous Advanced Technology Plants installed both in Mumbai and Kerala are dedicated to produce end products (AERO brand) to the total customer satisfaction.

ARC maintains regular house-keeping, check on off specifications, check on variation of properties, check on grade change-overs and constant supervision right from commencement of process to the stage of despatch of the finished products. No doubt, this exercise culminates into churning out superior quality finished products in comparison to others.

ARC also manufactures all kinds of Industrial Products like Cover Seals for Plastic Blow Moulding Industries, EPDM Profiles for Aluminium Windows, Doors and the like.

We are specialized in producing mould for rubber moulding and Extrusion process items, Plastic Injection Moulds and Sheet Metal Dies.
As a speciality of our Company, we are second to none in India, having a State-of-the-Art Tool Room equipped with the most sophisticated and latest technology CNC machines from the wellknown manufacturers like:

Deckel Maho Glidmeister (Germany)
And EDM – MMT,
Cylindrical Grinding from HMT
Surface Grinding from ALEX
Universal Milling Machine from BFW
Lathe Machine from Kirloskar

The company has adequate production and other Infrastructural facilities in Mumbai as well as in Pappanamcode, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, for procurement of raw materials, power, and trained labour force. The company is also having well equipped tool room for the manufacture and maintenance of moulds and dies. The company‘s product range is over 200 items already available in the market and presently is at the advanced stage of marketing additional items meant for the automobile segment.

On the strength of the vast experience in the manufacture of Components made out of Rubber, additional facilities made available both in Mumbai and Kerala, experienced workforce on hand, and the on-going demand for quality products, Mr. Rajappan looks forward to take ARC to higher level standing within the near future . By virtue of the above set-up, many Industrial Units in the country have found in us a manufacturer, who can be fully relied upon for timely delivery of various precision finished products, to cater to their needs.

We are using state-of-the-art CAD/CAM Software packages for modeling and NC tool path generation.

As a result of our introduction of a CNC Machine to our Tool Room, we are now able to undertake manufacturing dies for sale.

We are also manufacturing Plastic Injection Moulding products for Automobiles for which we have already procured a sophisticated 150 Ton capacity machine from Feromatic Milakron.

After making a strong base in the Rubber Industry, as a business expansion strategy, we ventured into the Export Market to export our “AERO” brand Trade Mark Registered Spare Parts. We can proudly say that our entry has made a revolutionary change in the Automobile Industry with regard to the availability of quality spare parts at much competitive rates. Consequently, the name “ARC” is very much in demand amongst the users both in the domestic as well as overseas markets.

We manufacture almost all rubber parts for the Three Wheeler F/E and R/E Bajaj Scooters, 6V and 12V electronics and Motor Bikes like Bajaj, Hero Honda, Yamaha and TVS etc.
We are manufacturing various kinds of rubber to metal bonded products for automobiles, engine mountings for Three Wheelers, Two Wheelers and other products.
ARC is in the process of venturing into the manufacture of Oil Seals and Rubber Matting.
To achieve the above goal, we have a net-work of adroit and resourceful team, possessing a penchant for skating through the edge of professionalism.
